The Ministry of Digital Development of the Russian Federation plans to use ChatGPT in State Services for user consultations starting this year.
As stated by the head of the department, Maksut Shadayev, the chatbot will be used to obtain operational information about the order and to order government services.
Government services will be provided online. This means that the result will be displayed at the time of request. However, we believe that it is necessary to develop proactive services that can be provided without recourse, all consultations should be carried out by ChatGPT, provided at the request of the person.
