The founders of the Novakid online English school left the founders of the Russian legal entity of the company. The shares of Maxim Azarov and Dmitry Malin now belong to Anastasia Govorova, who is now the largest founder.

The founders of the Novakid online school abandoned the founders of the Russian legal entity

Maxim Azarov and Dmitry Malin resigned as founders of the Russian legal entity of the Novakid online English school, which they founded, according to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities.

Azarov and Malin collectively owned 76.04% of the capital of Novakid Rus LLC. Now the owner of this share is Anastasia Govorova. Novakid Inc., a joint stock company registered in the United States, owns a 23.96% stake.

RB.RU sent a request to Novakid’s press service to clarify the details of the transaction.

Azarov and Malin founded Novakid in 2017. This is an international online English school for children ages 4 to 12. The training is based on its own platform that uses virtual reality and gamification technologies. The service operates in Poland, Spain, Italy, Turkey, Russia and the CIS.

Novakid has repeatedly attracted venture capital investments, for example, in 2020, $4.25 million, in 2021, $35 million.
