The partner was Softlogic, which will also act as distributor. The company plans to develop and produce domestic artificial intelligence servers based on Sophgo chips. The company also signed an exclusive agreement for the distribution of Chinese accelerators of different classes (TPU and NPU products).

The Chinese company plans to officially supply Russia with tensor processors for neural networks, as well as its own RISC-V-based CPUs. It was reported that Sophgo and Softlogic signed an agreement in 2023, but this information was not disclosed within the scope of the partnership terms.

Due to the departure of Western companies from the Russian market, customers needed alternative solutions, so Sophgo products may be of interest to AI platform developers who previously purchased NVIDIA equipment.
