Apple revealed in a recent report that adoption of iOS 17 is slower than iOS 16. OS It reached fewer devices than the previous version during the same period.

The report also revealed iPadOS numbers. Interestingly, the presence of iPadOS 17 has further diminished in devices released in the last four years: 61% of devices, iPadOS 16 is 29%.
Only 53% of all Apple tablets sold run iPadOS 17; 29% are using iPadOS 16, and 18% are using older versions of the operating system.

Bloomberg journalist Mark Gurman points out that Apple’s next operating system update, iOS 18, promises to be one of the biggest updates to date. The analyst points out that this will perhaps be the biggest event in the company’s history.
According to him, the build is called “Crystal” and has flagship features with artificial intelligence built into the company’s virtual assistant, Siri.
