iFixit experts have published the second part of the Apple Vision Pro analysis.
The video places a big emphasis on built-in displays. The measured screen resolution was 3600×3200 pixels. This value is very close to true 4K (3840 x 2160 pixels). At the same time, 12,078,000 pixels fit into an area of 6.3 square centimeters (3386 ppi), resulting in a very clear image.

Each of these panels has more requirements than a 4K TV, but they are not technically 4K displays. In short, the iPhone’s single-pixel display will fit 50 Vision Pro pixels.

Experts also measured the number of pixels per viewing level (pixels per degree, PPD). When viewing carbon dioxide at 100 degrees, there were 34 pixels per degree. For comparison, the PS VR2 has a similar figure of 19 PPD.
Finally, iFixit assessed the repairability of the Vision Pro and gave it a low score of 4 out of 10. Despite this, they praised the company for its many modular elements. The helmet has parts connected to each other.
Among the main disadvantages, they noted the impossibility of repairing OLED panels and front glass. The battery block is tightly closed and it is almost impossible to open it without damage.
