Apple lets you return any product within 14 days of purchase, and that’s already expiring for first Vision Pro buyers.

The most common reasons for returning a device include inconvenience. Many users complain of headaches and nausea associated with using the headset.

The weight of the device is felt especially in the front part. Some users even report physical problems such as burst blood vessels and red eyes after using the device.

Parker Ortolani, product manager at The Verge, shared his discomfort experience: “While using the headset was as magical as I had hoped, it was very uncomfortable to wear even for short periods of time due to its weight and belt designs. I wanted to use it but was afraid to put it on.”

Aside from comfort issues, users also have questions about the Vision Pro’s performance for its price.
