The Tagansky District Court of Moscow considered a civil case on the claim of Alexander Stanislavovich Treshchev against MTS for the recovery of compensation for moral damage in the amount of one billion dollars and refused to satisfy the claims. This was reported by the Telegram channel “Courts of General Jurisdiction of the City of Moscow”.
The court accepted a lawsuit against MTS for the scandalous party of Anastasia Ivleeva, who was previously an ambassador of the brand. Treshchev managed to file a claim only for the second time; The first attempt was unsuccessful and the court refused to accept it.
AS Treshchev also previously filed a lawsuit against Ivleva herself for one billion rubles, but the court did not accept it.
Anastasia Ivleva’s scandalous party took place in the Moscow club “Mutabor” on December 20, 2023. After an inspection, Rospotrebnadzor suspended the club’s work for 90 days, Ivleeva was fined 100 thousand rubles for violation of public order that caused the match.
