Azerbaijani venture fund Caucasus Ventures invested in US no-code platform Platma. This follows from Crunchbase data, to which RB.RU drew attention. The amount and other details of the transaction are not disclosed.

Azerbaijani Caucasus Ventures invested in US no-code platform Platma

Caucasus Ventures was created in November 2022 by Mamed Kerim. The fund invests in startups from Azerbaijan, Georgia, Turkey, Central Asia and Eastern Europe. The authorized capital is 11.3 million manat.

Platma is an AI Extreme no-code platform for developing software applications and automating business processes for users who do not have programming skills. In the near future, the team plans to open an office in Kazakhstan, with the headquarters located in the US.

In December 2022, the company raised $1.5 million in a pre-seed round. A year later, Kazakhstan Most Ventures, Almaz Capital, Murat Abdrakhmanov and others invested in it. In total, Platma has received $1.6 million since its founding.
