WhatsApp will allow you to prohibit screenshots of profile photos

WhatsApp Messenger will add a feature to prohibit screenshots of profile photos. This was reported by WABetaInfo.

It is assumed that users will be able to enable the new feature independently. If the interlocutor tries to take a screenshot of the profile photo, the messenger will send a notification that the user has banned him.

This feature aims to protect users’ personal data.

Previously, WhatsApp launched the disappearing voice messages feature. They are removed immediately after the first listen.
