Samolet Group entered the Russian IT services market with its own platform, Samolet 10D. The developer has been developing this solution since 2019; Investments in the project amounted to approximately 3 billion rubles, the company said in a statement.
Russian developers will now be able to purchase Samolet solutions that are part of their digital ecosystem.
The Samolet 10D platform was created to manage and automate the entire construction cycle; includes 38 related modules that cover any construction need, from apartment design to delivery.
Now Samolet is ready to offer seven comprehensive products: “Procurement Management”, “Documentation”, “Construction Quality and Apartment Acceptance”; “Security”, “Development Management”, “Design”, AI Monitoring.
According to the company, as a result of using the platform, developer productivity increased by 57%, construction costs decreased by 15%, and construction time was reduced by 2 months.
“Airplane 10D is a platform with practically pre-configured business processes, which will allow you to immediately solve most technological and process problems. Many companies do not know how to start digital transformation, but our specialists have extensive practical experience and are ready to share it,” explained Dmitry Samokhodkin, general director of Samolet 10D, quoted in the press service.
Samolet is one of the largest federal corporations in the field of proptech technology and development. As of December 31, 2022, the external valuation of assets amounted to 761 billion rubles, including a land bank with a volume of 45.9 million square meters. m and a brand worth 40.2 billion rubles.
