34% of the survey participants do not believe that the reduction in working hours will affect their job efficiency, 29% are sure they will work more efficiently, and 21% fear they have to work more for less time . Another 16% would like to participate in an experiment with a small schedule, but cannot evaluate their possible consequences.
Is the business ready? At the same time, almost half of the survey participants are convinced that Russian companies are not ready for a four -day work week. Less than a quarter believes that only a few “progressive” organizations can afford to introduce this schedule. 17% believe in the implementation of the idea of Russian companies, the remaining 14% was difficult to answer.
In total, 75 thousand Internet users participated in a study conducted from February 6 to February 13.
