The Kampus LXP platform was launched in 2021. The service is specialized in the adaptation, training and development processes of employees in both small companies and large businesses. At the beginning of February this year the number of users reached 200,000. The project was founded by Nadezhda Makova.

As the Kampus press service reported to RB.RU, the businessman bought the shares of Alexey Ilyin, Alexander Limansky and Ilya Dolgopolsky; each of them owned 7.6% of the project. The company did not specify the amount of the transaction.

“Using the example of my companies, I became convinced of the benefits of Kampus and I believe that in the near future all medium and large companies will focus on training their employees. That is why I decided to join the Kampus team not only as a financial investor, but also as an active ambassador of corporate training,” Anton Buzdalin explained his interest in the project.

  • The main owner of the company today is Sergei Solonin. He previously owned 55.2% of the structure. However, in January 2024, this stake was transferred to Solid Management JSC. Kampus later told RB.RU that Solonin still has the exclusive right to this share, only he has changed the legal form of ownership.
  • Last fall, VimpelCom invested in Kampus; The company, through its venture investment structure Hive LLC, owns a 12% stake. In addition to Solonin, Buzdalin and VimpelCom, founder Nadezhda Makova retains 10% of Theories de Practitioners LLC, but 1.94% of them are committed to the Moscow Seed Fund.

As the managing partner of JTLconsulting, business lawyer Yulia Chentsova, notes, Kampus is a promising project that will generate income in the future. And if he wants to leave the participants, Buzdalin will be able to sell the share at a higher price than what he bought.

According to the expert, the company offers interesting functionality for businesses, runs on its own software and takes into account the needs of the market.

Previously, in 2021, Anton Buzdalin invested $2 million in business e-commerce platform Bidzaar.
