One of the main provisions of this law is a clause that prohibits requiring the buyer to return money and receive such payments. This practice, for example, has been used by Wildberry for a long time.
In addition, marketplaces are allowed to sell goods under their own brands. But they should not create an advantage for the sale of natural products.
Marketplaces are also prohibited from imposing conditions on the promotion of goods by reducing prices without the consent of the counterparty and from selling goods free of charge. [РБК]
