As for cream cheese, it is high in saturated fat and quite low in micronutrients. In just one serving of this cheese — 10 grams of fat, which is 15 percent of the daily requirement. Also, 5.9 percent of these fats are saturated, making up 30 percent of the daily value.

You’ll also get 29 milligrams of cholesterol with one serving of cream cheese. For heart problems, you should not consume more than 300 milligrams of this substance per day.
