An app store can now be created by any developer with a good reputation for two or more years in a row, and an existing app that is installed more than 1 million times annually on iPhones in the European Union. Initially, to create an Apple store, it was necessary for the developer to have 1 million euros in his account.
Apple also solved the problem for developers of using some application retail outlets and appeared in the App Store. But only on the condition that they did not distribute applications through external stores and did not use alternative payment systems.
