There was a technical problem in Tinkoff mobile banking. The editor of RB.RU was convinced that there were problems when trying to log in to the application.
Banking users note that owners of iOS and Android devices are having difficulty logging into Tinkoff mobile bank and using the app’s features.
A Tinkoff representative told RB.RU that a small number of customers may have encountered unstable authorization in the application.
“The situation was quickly corrected, all applications are working normally for all customers,” Tinkoff said.
The last time a glitch occurred in the Tinkoff mobile bank was in September 2023. There have been reports of problems when carrying out transactions in the application.
