We feel like kings of the road every time we get in the car. The rest of the vehicles are a bit of a nuisance when it comes to getting from point A to point B. But we respect them because they are as big as our car and there are rules we have to follow when we drive. .
This usually does not happen with bicycles, small vehicles for many drivers that only get in the way and take up space on the road., in addition to making us drive slower down the road. The last thing infuriates the impatient driver the most.
But the public highway is where we all fit in and where the rules have to be followed, so there are times when the bike dominates the car. And ignoring this rule can lead to fines … and then only if the case ends in fright.
#cyclists have path priority over #cars engine when they are moving on a bike path, a bike path, or a properly marked paved shoulder.👉 https://t.co/6GnRzhHPpC#Zero Risks pic.twitter.com/rXLwlqK7lB

In that sense, DGT posted a very clear tweet about this: “Cyclists have priority over cars when riding on a bike path, bike path, or properly marked paved shoulder.”
While this is logical, many riders don’t want to realize that a bike can have an advantage over their vehicles despite not being motorized like they are.
At an intersection, if a cycle path crosses the road, the cyclist will have the right-of-way, not the vehicle about to pass. This also applies when it comes to hard leverage, a rule that fewer people probably know about.
It is also not valid for reminding cyclists to ride in the bike lane or on the shoulder when possible, but if they have to do it on the road, they should ride in the center of the lane. Because although there are uneducated drivers, there are also illegal cyclists.
