Google has announced new methods to combat spam and secondary content in search results. The company announced it on its blog.

The algorithms will combat spam and lower secondary content in search results. This also applies to materials generated by artificial intelligence.

Google considers resources with so-called content farms as spam, or secondary content, as well as sites that rent part of a trusted site and use it to send unwanted material.

According to the company, the new system will allow us to get rid of 40% of “useless” content.

It was previously known that Google will use Reddit content to train its AI models. As part of the agreement, Google will pay Reddit $60 million a year.
