Yandex will apply for listing of ordinary shares on the Moscow Stock Exchange. This is indicated on the website of the Corporate Information Dissemination Center.

Yandex also announced the approval of its dividend payment policy, but did not reveal its details.

Shareholders of the Dutch company Yandex NV on March 7 approved the sale of Yandex’s Russian business. The sale was previously approved by a Russian government commission. MCAO “Yandex” will become the parent company of “Yandex” and will retain the assets of Yandex NV with the exception of four new foreign companies and a data center in Finland.
