The court seized the property of the Russian structure IKEA for 12.9 billion rubles and decided to recover these funds as state income. Torg LLC intends to negotiate an agreement with the Federal Tax Service and has proposed to the head of the department to resolve the conflict.

The Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region arrested the property of Torg LLC in the amount of 12.9 billion rubles. Kommersant drew attention to the outcome of the review of the lawsuit.
The third parties involved in the case are Raiffeisenbank and Market.Trade LLC. Another person intervened the Prosecutor General’s Office of the Russian Federation.
The court decided to confiscate to the State the funds of the Torg company destined for the Irish Fami Limited, with the exception of the salaries of the employees.
A representative of Torg LLC informed the court that the company intends to reach a conciliation agreement with the Federal Tax Service and has already sent the corresponding proposal to the head of the department.
The Federal Tax Service filed a lawsuit against the IKEA structure on February 1. The date of consideration of the case became known on February 6.
