These are 83 billion shares of Danone Russia owned by Produits Laitiers Frais Est Europe and 85 thousand shares of Danone Trade.
Shortly after the signing of the decree, “Danone Russia” and “Danone Trade” were headed by Ramzan Kadyrov’s nephew, the Minister of Agriculture of Chechnya, Yakub (Ibrahim) Zakriev.
Later it became known that Danone plans to sell Russian assets to the Tatarstan company Vamin for 17.7 billion rubles.
