In Russia, a unified system for receiving and processing business will be launched at the end of 2025. This will be a feedback platform based on State Services. The pilot version is currently being tested in ten regions and from the second half of 2024 it will be distributed throughout the country.

The mechanism will help entrepreneurs quickly resolve issues related to investments, profits and financial support. Applications will be processed by regional government agencies, Izvestia reports.
According to the associate professor of the Department of Corporate Governance and Innovation of the Russian Economic University. GV Plekhanov Marina Anokhina, now each region has its own specifics of cooperation between authorities and businessmen. Digitization will help make this process more transparent and efficient.
Furthermore, the launch of said platform will help identify systemic gaps in the relations between the State and companies, the expert considers.
Currently, appeals are considered by law for up to 30 days. Launching a feedback system should reduce response times.
