During the commission, he checked that the site could have violated the Digital Services Act (DSA). In particular, we are talking about the effectiveness of the complaints system, the transparency of the recommendation system, the ability to send messages about real income, risks to the safety of children, the distribution of pornography and the sale of toys.
Authorities will also check AliExpress affiliate programs. It is assumed that goods of unsatisfactory quality may be sold within them.
