A video recently appeared on the internet showing a prototype of AirPods Pro with a touch screen on the case. This new product from an unknown manufacturer allows you to:
- Manage noise reduction: turn transparency mode on and off, adjust noise reduction level.
- Find my headphones: Enable Find My AirPods.
- Customize the equalizer: choose presets or create your own.
- Lock the screen: protect the case from accidental clicks.
The screen also displays the charge level of each AirPod and the case itself, time, and Bluetooth status (connected/disconnected).
The design of the case is clearly inspired by Apple’s 2021 patent describing similar functions.
