Vision Pro currently only works in English. This limitation applies to the virtual keyboard and autocorrect. Several new language options have been added to VisionOS, a recent update to the core software. This shows that Apple is preparing Vision Pro for launch in Australia, Canada, China, France, Germany, Japan and South Korea.

In previous reports, analyst Ming-Chi Kuo attributed the US-only launch to supply constraints and the need to customize the headset. However, Kuo also mentioned Apple’s intention to expand its product line before WWDC 2024 (in June) to expand the developer base for the upcoming VisionOS 2 update.
