Almost 50% of Russians are willing to take a test task when applying for a job. The importance of this stage is understood by workers in the IT, Internet and telecommunications, banking and investments, public relations, advertising and marketing, and online commerce sectors. This is stated in the Avito Work study. The survey was conducted among 10 thousand Russians, the results of which were reviewed by RB.RU.

23% of respondents are willing to complete the test task if it is not too long. Another 8% of Russians will do so only if the job is very important to them. And 6% of citizens are not at all willing to spend time on technical specifications.

53% are willing to spend 1-2 hours completing a test task. 18% – 2-3 hours, 7% of respondents can spend 3-4 hours, 3% – 4-5 hours. 7% of respondents are willing to spend more than 5 hours on a test task.
