WhatsApp for Android will finally get the audio transcription tool. Web site SpAndroid Found evidence of this functionality in version 2.24.77 of the Beta version of Messenger.

In these code tips, WhatsApp Beta outlines the tool’s requirements, such as downloading 150MB of data and enabling the device’s voice recognition feature. However, the strings found do not reveal details about the new feature.

For all users who do not like to listen to audio, this function is a great convenience. The native feature eliminates the use of alternative tools such as LuzIA, a free AI that can transcribe audio.
