Users of Tochka Bank services complained en masse about a malfunction of the organization’s Internet resources. This is evidenced by Downdetector data, as well as many reports of problems in the official Tochki group on the VKontakte social network.

Bank clients have problems, in particular, when logging into their personal account, filling out documents in the application and making payments using a QR code.

According to Downdetector, complaints about the incorrect functioning of Tochka services began to arrive around 12:00 Moscow time. The bank’s press service explained in the VKontakte community that they are already solving the problem.

“We are doing everything we can to solve the problem as soon as possible. We will definitely inform you when we fix everything,” the bank’s message says.

The bank’s press service explained at 18:40 Moscow time that the failure occurred due to problems in the operation of one of the external data centers.

“Now most of the services have been restored: it is again possible to carry out all operations that were not available before,” Tochka’s press service reported.
