Samsung announced the launch of new mobiles from the brand’s mid-range this Tuesday (04): Galaxy M14 and Galaxy M54. Online-only devices are already selling for up to R$3,500 in Brazil.
Integrating M line focusing on display and battery, both models have a 6,000mAh battery and come with a 15W charger in the box.
New products also have 5G, and with their launch, Samsung reaches 34 models with the fastest mobile internet connection in Brazil. Check out the features of each below.
Galaxy M14 5G
The Galaxy M14 is the most entry-level phone released today. It comes with Exynos 1330 processor, 4GB RAM (RAM Plus 4G) and only has 128GB storage version (expandable up to 1TB via microSD card).
The screen of the smartphone is a 6.6-inch LCD and is Full HD Plus; this is nothing more than a Full HD with a few pixels. The maximum refresh rate is 90 Hz.
As for the camera, the M14 has three lenses on the back: a 50 MP main lens, a 2 MP depth lens and a 2 MP macro lens. On the front, there is a 13MP selfie camera.
The South Korean company promised up to 2 OS updates and 4 more years of security updates. It ships with Android 13 and ONE UI Core 5.1.
The mobile phone is available in blue, navy and silver colors. suggested retail price of 1,899 BRL.
Galaxy M54 5G
The Galaxy M54 is more “bulky” than its sibling, and therefore has a more powerful processor: the Exynos 1380 is the same as the recently released Galaxy A54. The screen of this device is 6.7 inches Full HD Plus, Super AMOLED Plus type with a maximum refresh rate of 120 Hz.
As for the cameras, the M54 comes with a 108MP main lens on the back (with optical stabilization for stills and videos), 8MP ultra-wide angle and 2MP macro. For selfie lovers, the front lens is 32 MP.
The M54 is available in versions with 128GB and 256GB storage (expandable up to 1TB via microSD), both with 8GB of RAM (8GB RAM Plus). And two colors are available: blue and silver.
Like the M14, the M54 is available at Samsung’s official store and retailers. For 2,999 BRL (128GB) and 3,499 BRL (256GB).
