The Telegram messenger experienced a massive outage. This is reported by users of the service, according to data from Downradar and Downdetector.
The problems reportedly started around 19:05 Moscow time. They mainly refer to the inability to download photo and video content. Most users of the desktop version of Messenger complain about problems.
As of 19:20 Moscow time, the number of complaints about the operation of the messenger exceeded 2,000, and users report problems connecting to the server and receiving messages. Most users from Central Russia report problems.
This is Telegram’s fifth massive outage in two months. The last time the ruling occurred was on the afternoon of March 22.
