Mir cardholders will no longer be able to use their services for the purchase of devices, card-to-card transfers and online payments in retail and service establishments.
The National Payment Card System (NSCP) is the operator of the Mir payment system. On February 23, 2024, the United States imposed sanctions on the NSPK.
