Companies pay less attention to graduates of finance and investment courses (4%), business and management (3%). 29% of respondents chose the “Other” option, where they expressed interest in workers and accountants.

The main selection criterion is the availability of skills and practice, and the place of obtaining education is of a secondary nature, noted Alexander Veterkov, deputy head of the Rabota.ru service and operational director of the SberPodbor and Podrabotka services.

He also warned that the employer must be prepared for the fact that a graduate of an online course may not have enough practice, so the company will have to teach him the necessary skills.
