The assessment scale includes three modules: basic communication skills, information sharing and positive social skills. It allows us to determine the degree of impairment and individual characteristics of each child with autism. Davydova stated that the data obtained will help experts and parents better understand the causes of emerging communication problems and find approaches to solve them.
The technique was tested on 800 children with autism spectrum disorders and showed high information content. Comparison with existing diagnostic methods also confirmed the effectiveness of the new approach.
