According to the report, Wildberries LLC’s revenue in 2023 increased by 70% to 539 billion rubles and net profit increased by 87% to 19 billion rubles. Most of the market’s income came from agency fees – 221.6 billion rubles; the company earned 121.8 billion rubles from the retail sale of products.
Revenue from fines and penalties imposed on sellers of wild berries increased by 76% year-on-year and reached 14.9 billion rubles. Fines, penalties and sanctions under commercial contracts brought the company 4.9 billion rubles, 37 times more than in 2022.
The report also indicates that in 2024 Wildberries intends to invest 103.5 billion rubles in the construction of warehouses with a total area of approximately 2.5 million square meters. m) New commercial warehouses will appear, especially in Novosibirsk, Chelyabinsk, Ryazan and Volgograd.
