NVIDIA is expected to once again focus on releasing top models, and the first release will be the RTX 5090, followed by the RTX 5080.
The launch of video cards in the fourth quarter of 2024 will be beneficial for the company’s partners, as it will increase supplies and influence the growth of the average selling price (ASP), encouraging users to upgrade their systems.
There were previously rumors that NVIDIA was preparing two flagship chips for the RTX 50XX series, codenamed GB202 and GB203.
The former could underpin the RTX 5090, while the latter will likely be used in the RTX 5080. Both chips will feature the latest GDDR7 memory with up to 512-bit interface.
