The company’s first mobile cafe appeared in Rostov-on-Don, where a stage of the Russian Drift Series (RDS) racing show will take place.
The menu of each mobile cafe will consist of the service’s most popular modified dishes. These include omelette with cheese and tomatoes, cheesecakes, Caesar salad, Greek salad, borscht with beef, tom yam, chicken quesadilla, roast beef sandwich, stewed beef cheeks with cherries and orzo pasta, chicken skewers, penne pasta with red fish in cream. sauce, caramel casserole with ricotta.
Some dishes will be prepared taking into account demand and seasonality. The price of each dish is 300 rubles.
The cost of a mobile cafe is about 10 million rubles. It is reported that each cafeteria is capable of “taking on board” up to 3 thousand prepared dishes. The company will have several more mobile outlets in the near future.
You can select and pay for food and beverages at the cashier or through an interactive self-service terminal. They will be received electronically.
Level Kitchen is owned by Performance Group, founded in 2015. The group also produces ready-to-eat foods under the Performance Food and My Food brands.
