According to the company’s financial statements, its revenue increased by 4% compared to 2022, up to 1.3 billion rubles. The press service did not respond to the publication’s request. “Shefmarket” is among the top 50 Moscow companies in the “retail trade in non-specialized stores” sector in terms of revenue

Sergey Ashin founded Shefmarket in 2012. The service is available in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Nizhny Novgorod and areas adjacent to metropolitan areas.

In February 2023, Sergey Ashin launched a software development company, Chef Tech LLC. Among the activities of the new company, in addition to software development, are the processing and canning of meat, poultry, fish, crustaceans and shellfish, fruits and vegetables, the preparation of prepared meals and dishes, etc.
