Major networks Colizeum, True Gamers, CyberX and others plan to join the association.

ARKI aims to include computer clubs and e-sports fields in the list within the scope of patent tax and will also work to have them recognized as sports facilities.

The income of computer clubs increased by 15 percent to 23 billion rubles in 2023.

The new association’s interests may align with those of the Computer Sports Federation (FCS), which has been lobbying for the industry’s interests since 2016.

Experts see the creation of ARKI as a logical stage in the development of e-sports, which has surpassed movie theaters in terms of box office revenues.
