The waste accumulated at the Crimean enterprise formed the basis of the new material. The press service noted that clinker samples were obtained, after firing which experts obtained a powdered material – cement, corresponding to the quality of cement created from natural raw materials.
The resulting cement with a strength class of 32.5 meets all quality standards for construction. However, since recycled materials are used, the cost of production is much lower, making it a more cost-effective option for construction work.
