First of all, you need to understand that all bearings have a certain lifespan. On average it is 10 years. It may be different depending on the type of mattress: for example, for a spring mattress, 15 years, for a springless mattress – a maximum of 8-9 years.

It is also recommended to turn the bed not only along, but also diagonally (in the “head-to-toe” direction). This should be done for the first 6 months – once a month and then every six months.

In principle, disassembly of mattresses is prohibited. However, you can use a vacuum cleaner. Some mattresses have a removable cover. If there is no cover, dirt will need to be removed with soapy water.

The bedding should only be dried and ventilated in a horizontal position. The bed should not be exposed to ultraviolet radiation.

In principle, you cannot jump on mattresses because their design may not withstand it. Also, you can’t hide anything under them.
