Domodedovo’s beneficiary, Dmitry Kamenshchik, created a holding company in Russian jurisdiction, as follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. Previously, Kamenshchik’s control over the capital’s airport and its operating companies was structured through foreign jurisdictions.

DME Holding LLC was registered in mid-April, according to the Interfax agency. The registration address is the Moscow region, the authorized capital of DME Holding is 10 thousand rubles.
Currently, two general directors are listed in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities: Sergey Mikhailov and Alexander Mindrin.
Reports from DME Limited reflect that Kamenshchik is the person who ultimately controls the Domodedovo group. DME Limited, in turn, was registered on the Isle of Man in 2001 and in 2021 the structure received registration in Cyprus.
In 2023, already under the influence of Western sanctions, MKOO Airport Management Company Limited, the founder of which was DME Limited, was registered on Oktyabrsky Island.
Prior to the change of jurisdiction, the company was registered in the Isle of Man under the name Airport Management Company Limited; It was designated in the airport’s investor materials as a key holding structure for the group’s Russian legal entities.
In the summer of 2023, 19 structures involved in the management of Domodedovo came under the management of MKOO.
Previously, Dmitry Kamenshchik was included in the list of Russian billionaires who managed to increase their wealth in the crisis year of 2022.
