This is an inexpensive smartphone, so you won’t have to wait for top-end materials. The body is made of high-quality plastic with lithographic elements. It literally plays with light with its lines and patterns, and it immediately attracts attention.
Only the glossy finish is disappointing. Smartphone collects fingerprints, but they don’t shine so much in the eyes. And it was in gray that he performed them and they are not so visible. Another plus for this color.
But this is not all the design features. The company took the path of Nothing and creating a lighting effect on the back panel in the camera area. The camera block really sparkles with white lines; their design and blinking modes can be adjusted.
The back panel can be customized for many tasks: incoming calls and notifications, music, charging, turning on party mode (at some point this panel will always blink), and it is even possible to adjust the candles for games. All three lines in the camera block are equipped with 210 LEDs, so the glow will be truly different.
The complete case is also made logically and functionally. It has sides to protect the device, and the back panel is made in a transparent style so that the external design does not cover the luminous camera block.
Everything on the side edges of the smartphone is standard. On the left, the SIM connector is tilted as far as possible, on the right, the rocker opens with a power connector, on top and small stereo speakers, microphones, and there is also a specially designed 3.5 mm audio jack and a charging port.

TECNO POVA 6 Pro 5G has a 6.68-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ development. It is quite enough for clear display of various images, convenient viewing and playback of game films.
The maximum refresh rate here is 120 Hz, which is not very common in this class of devices. Index PWM high and is 2160 Hz. These displays don’t tire my eyes, and I don’t see flickering at all (to be fair, I don’t see them on any OLED display, but everything is the same).

TECNO followed the path of Apple and implemented an analogue of Dynamic Island here. The “cutout” displays basic information, such as playing music or animation, or screen unlocking.
It shoots fine, that’s enough
The POVA 6 Pro 5G has a 108 MP camera. In fact, there is only one here, although there are three modules: the other two are 2 MP and 0.8 MP auxiliary modules.
I won’t stop here, it’s just an ordinary camera. It is quite enough for solving everyday problems and taking photographs during the daytime. The color reproduction is not bad, there is no wide tape, but this is not a professional camera. So, walking around the city or taking pictures of natural landscapes is enough.
For shooting video there is enhanced digital stabilization. There is no harsh shaking, and this is pleasing.
Good hardware and high autonomy
The performance of the smartphone is driven by the updated MediaTek Dimensity 6080 5G processor, comparable in speed to the three-year-old Dimensity 810 and 12 GB of RAM. If desired, the RAM can be increased to 24 GB.
The power reserve is good for a budget device. He can handle all modern games, but “heavy” titles will be difficult for him at a high level. However, you can comfortably play Genshin on medium graphics.
I did not notice any strong heating in games. The body becomes warm and light even after half an hour of gaming session. In general, for its segment, this device works well and does not throttle.
But what really made me happy was the dedication 6000 mAh battery. The device shows excellent battery life and can easily last about 2 days without recharging during normal use. If there is a high load, this figure is reduced to one day, which is also worthy.

TECNO POVA 6 Pro 5G costs 24-26 thousand rubles in Russia. This is a completely justified price for the unusual design, good chip with good performance and tablet battery.
