Tinkoff launched an AI-based “assistant universe” for users

At launch there are six AI assistants that differ from each other by their special abilities and interaction scenarios.

• “Financial Assistant» — allows you to understand your expenses and gives you advice on how to better manage your finances;
• “Shopping assistant» — you can select products from a specific category, taking into account individual needs (for example, you understand the meaning of the request: “Select a cream for dry skin of hands in winter”);
• “travel assistant» — will advise you where it is best to travel, find profitable airline tickets and draw up a travel plan;
• “Investment Assistant» — will allow you to immerse yourself in the topic of investment and save time studying theory and analyzing articles;
• “Junior assistant» – knows how to entertain children and communicate with them on a wide range of topics, can teach them financial knowledge and help them understand the school curriculum;
• “Secretary» — answers calls in place of the customer, communicates with spammers in a humorous way, and then sends a recording and transcript of the conversation.

The difference from other AI assistants is the ability to quickly solve deeper level problems in their field and process complex requests, the company explains.

The universe of attendees was created in the Tinkoff AI technology center. Wizards are based on specialized large language models (LLMs), which act as an alternative to ChatGPT.

At first, users have access to an “investment assistant” in the Tinkoff Investments app. In the near future, all attendees will appear in the Tinkoff apps for IOS and Android, and some of them will also appear in Telegram.
