Apple sent out surveys to Vision Pro owners who want to know about their experience using the headset.
We are concerned with satisfaction with Vision Pro, use of the environment, the functionality of the features it is used for, how often it is used, and how long the usage sessions last. Here are some of the questions:
• Overall, are you satisfied with your Vision Pro?
• What is your favorite feature or capability of Apple Vision Pro so far?
• How often do you use Apple Vision Pro?
• How long do you typically wear your Apple Vision Pro before you decide to take it off?
• Who else is using your Vision Pro?
• Did you know that you can allow someone else to use your Apple Vision Pro in reduced guest mode?
• Which of these activities do you regularly engage in with your Vision Pro? (long list of options)
• What type of video content are you most interested in watching in Apple Vision Pro?
• How often do you “go out” into the real world when using Apple Vision Pro?
• Whenever you use an application in Apple Vision Pro, how often do you have to multitask?
• Have you lined up your person for FaceTime?
• How satisfied are you with the way your person looks in Apple Vision Pro?
• Where is your Apple Vision Pro used most often?
• Which of these accessories do you use with Apple Vision Pro? (list that includes mice, cases, AirPods Pro and much more)
• Which strap do you use most often with Apple Vision Pro?
• How often do you use Apple Vision Pro while the battery is connected to a power source?
The new survey comes after news of declining consumer interest in Vision Pro. Because of this, helmet points have dropped sharply.
