Realme 12 Pro has the same hardware as the older 12 Pro+. It’s a cable, a case, and a 67W charger. The smartphone’s screen is also the same as the old model: 6.7-inch diagonal, 120 Hz refresh rate (but reduced to 60 or 90 Hz in some applications), 240 Hz touch, 2412 × 1080 resolution, PWM Dimming 2160 Hz. Brightness is average but enough for use under sunlight, PWM is small.

While Realme 12 Pro is powered by the Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 processor, the 12 Pro+ version is powered by Snapdragon 7S Gen 2. You can see the results of their tests below. In general, these models are very similar in terms of performance in games and daily tasks.

The main camera of Realme 12 Pro has a resolution of 50 MP, the telephoto camera is 32 MP, with 2x zoom and without optical stabilization, and its width is 8 MP. You can see image examples below.

The Poco X6 Pro’s wide-angle camera produces more detail but also has more noise. Realme’s wides are soapier, but they also work better with light.

The main camera of Realme 12 Pro takes photos of approximately the same quality as the 12 Pro +, even at night. The difference between them can only be seen in the images when zooming is used.

On the 12 Pro, you can record 4K video on the main camera, but it will be without stabilization. At 1080p, digital stabilization already works, and you can only switch between lenses at Full HD 30fps.

The front camera of the Realme 12 Pro takes pretty normal photos, but the videos are poor (without any stabilization at all).

The battery capacity of Realme 12 Pro is 5000 mAh and the device charges to 100% in 47 minutes.

The main difference between Realme 12 Pro and 12 Pro+ is the quality of telephotos. It makes sense to buy a regular Pro model for only 20-23 thousand rubles.
