According to the channel, a real estate expert from the Moscow region published a video on the topic “What to do after paying off the mortgage.”

The video quickly gained popularity and ended up in recommendations. The video received 11 million views on social media. After the post, another real estate specialist posted the exact same video.

The author of the original video filed a lawsuit for 500 thousand rubles. According to Mash, the demand was satisfied, but not in its entirety. The court assessed the damage at 300 thousand rubles.

The accused has a highly promoted page on a banned social network, which is followed by 70,000 people.
