Telegram has added a new feature to its platform, It allows users subscribed to the Premium option to post temporary Stories in the style of Instagram and other social networks.
The instant messaging platform led by Pavel Durov announced the launch of this new format last June, after years of demand from users.

As of now, Stories are officially available on Telegram, but only Premium users can post them. To access this option, users must pay a monthly fee. 4.49 euros in the case of Spain.
It’s important to note that although only Premium members can post Stories, all posts are visible to all Telegram users regardless of the account type they have.

Unlike other platforms like Meta, Telegram has added some distinctive features for Stories. Users will be able to choose the duration of videos and temporary images with options of 6, 12, 24 or 48. hour. The post will be automatically deleted when the selected time expires.
Another interesting innovation is Create custom contact lists for each story. This allows users to post their Stories only to a specific group of people, excluding others. In addition, these contact lists can be saved for use in future posts.

Stories will be presented in a circular pattern at the top of the screen, according to the characteristic design of other social networks. Users will also be able to interact with other people’s posts, add text, music and images, and view any stories archived on their profile.
To enjoy this new feature, users need to download the latest Telegram app update from Google Play for Android devices or App Store for iPhone devices.
