Spotify has launched Time to Play Fair, a website dedicated to critical reviews of Apple’s app market regulations.

The key message of the service is “When competition is fair, users and companies win.” The site promotes the idea that Cupertino residents are behaving dishonestly in the App Store:

The European Commission (EC) has decided that Apple’s behavior in restricting communications with users is unlawful. This decision alone sends an important message – no company, not even a monopoly like Apple, can abuse its power to control how other companies interact with my customers. We look forward to the next steps, which we hope will clearly and conclusively uphold Apple’s long-standing unfair practices.

The main points that Spotify refers to are:

1. Apple often changes rules for competitors and does not allow Spotify to share its offerings
2. Apple uses a 30% discriminatory commission for developers
3. Apple doesn’t let you easily upgrade to Spotify Premium
4. Apple won’t let you buy audiobooks in Spotify apps
5. Apple doesn’t miss Spotify app updates

Spotify has been promoting its war against Apple for years now. The company wants to impose a number of restrictions on Cupertino residents and force them to reconsider their policies in the App Store.
