Yandex NV announced the submission of an application to withdraw shares from the Moscow Stock Exchange. He said this in a statement.

“The delisting date will be announced by the exchange later. At the moment, trading in Yandex NV shares continues normally,” Yandex NV noted.

Upon completion of Yandex’s restructuring, its parent company will become MKPAO Yandex and will be listed on the Moscow Stock Exchange. The start date of trading in the company’s shares will be announced later.

On May 13, the details and conditions for the conversion and exchange of shares of the Dutch company Yandex NV became known. Holders of shares who purchased them on the Moscow Stock Exchange or the St. Petersburg Stock Exchange will be able to exchange the securities for MKPAO Yandex shares at. a ratio of 1:1.

In February 2024 it became known that the Dutch company Yandex NV was selling its Yandex business for 475 billion rubles to a consortium of private investors.
