Nikolay Ganyushkin, co-founder of the all-in-one tracking platform Monq Digital Lab, became the sole owner of the company. He bought 100% of Alexander Petrenko’s shares. This follows from the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, noted RB.RU. The company did not respond to the publication’s request at the time of publication.

According to the Kontur.Focus service, Nikolay Ganyushkin was the sole owner of Monk Digital Lab LLC in 2020, a year later the company belonged to Monk LLC and in 2022 it was purchased by Alexander Petrenko. As of May 3, 2024, Nikolay Ganyushkin again owns 100% of Monk Digital Lab LLC.

Monq Lab was formed in 2019 as a result of a spin-off from Rospartner LLC (now Hopper IT LLC). Other founders of the startup are Alexey Kamenev, Sergey Pismenny and Evgeny Gerasimov. The company is developing a platform that includes solutions to detect and prevent IT failures.

The startup is registered in Latvia, in Russia it operates under the legal entity Monk Digital Lab LLC. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, in 2023 Monk Digital Lab LLC’s revenue amounted to 70.8 million rubles, and net profit – 29.8 million rubles.

  • In the summer of 2021, the company raised the first round of investment worth $350,000 from the European venture fund New Nordic Ventures.
  • In 2022, Monq Lab received 1 million euros, or 1.15 million dollars. The lead investor was Veeam co-founder Ratmir Timashev.
